I placed an order for a pair of shorts and a hoody. I got a shipping notification on the hoody, nothing about the shorts. I was hoping to get both items before a vacation so I wrote them an email asking about the status of the shorts. Never got a response, received the hoody and never heard anything else about the shorts! What company does that? Will never order from again.
Business response:
Our records show that the shorts were out of stock and the customer was not charged for that item. We have received no contact from the customer to our Customer Service Department via email, chat, or phone call. Our shipping email and packing list show all items in an order that can be shipped out, and the packing lists all items removed due to out of stock.
My apartment number was left off of my recent order. I went to go track my package online, and FedEx indicated: "Incorrect address, unable to deliver - Returning package to shipper - Please contact shipper/merchant for details." I contacted Swell immediately, and they said there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO, but wait until the items were returned to their warehouse (a full week) and then send it back to me 2-day.
