Was not a fan of the flavorings that was used. They had an off or generic taste to them, so that’s the reason that they got the rating because the coffee didn’t its taste as good as it should have or what I’ve experienced at other places for the same drink

So this morning I made my way to the drive thru at this location. I spoke clearly through the intercom of what my order was. The Representative asked and repeated my order. Pretzel Bun, Ham and Bacon with egg no cheese, Espresso shot on the side. I pay, receive my order, no espresso shot on the side. I ask for it and receive it with an apology where I say it’s okay you don’t have to apologize. I get down to the 2nd round about, check my sandwich and its Ham, Bacon, and cheese. The drink itself was not good. I have a pumpkin latte or chai every year and wanted to go to a local cafe this year , so I tried them out. I guess they were busy with their drive thru ( I was the only person inside) because they got my drink out of the way —as the drink was made in about 1 minute, and you can tell. The iced pumpkin chai I received was already flavorless and diluted upon the first taste as soon as I sat in my car , so it being iced wasn’t going to make it better.
