I really like their coffee I highly recommend their cold brews!!Â
We placed an online order to pick up (through their site). Instead of calling us to let us know they were out of cold brew they waited for us to arrive. Then gave us a hard time while we tried to call our friends to see what they wanted instead. Instead of refunding us on the spot or substituting the items they told us we had to pay for the new items and request a refund online. And refused to help any farther. We love this place. The dreamy coffee is our fav and I just got their cinnamon one also and it was great. The service is always wonderful also and my son and husband love their food. Cheese cake especially but their egg sandwiches on the bagels are great too. Ohh I also love their strawberry smoothie I forget what they call it but really fresh and tastes great.
