We have been staying at the Banyan during our vacations since 2007. This was our first time staying in one of the properties by Sweetwater and they were great! We had an after hours flight but they made it easy and convenient to be able to get into the rental. There was plenty of space for a family of 4 and the beds were so comfy I had zero back or neck pain when I woke up, or during the whole trip. I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was the worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had. First, the check-in process was a nightmare. There was no clear front desk, and the office was already closed at 3 p.m. on a Friday. When I called, they couldn’t even locate my reservation. In the end, I waited over an hour just to get into the room. Second, whenever you report an issue, they take your name, phone number, and email and tell you to wait for a return call — which never comes unless you keep calling them repeated... read more
