I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was the worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had. First, the check-in process was a nightmare. There was no clear front desk, and the office was already closed at 3 p.m. on a Friday. When I called, they couldn’t even locate my reservation. In the end, I waited over an hour just to get into the room. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I don't do it much, but I have never in my life experienced anything quite like this. I booked with 2 friends for what was supposed to be a much needed break from our busy lives, and while the rest of this trip was awesome, that was no thanks to this place. We arrived around midnight on Monday, and upon walking in the door of the suite, we noticed we had unwanted roommates (cockroaches). The worst service. They just ignored the request. We already booked room for three days, nobody working Tuesday afternoon, one guy answered phone first time, but we waited outside their office for two hours , never called back.
