Unable to get a hold of for months on end. No returned calls or emails from our rep and even their main line goes to a voicemail that will never be returned. Do not use this business if you ever want your product serviced. They will continue to bill you though.
Good luck getting an answer from them if you already have one of their systems. After billing us for 7 years SEVEN YEARS they refused to reply to numerous emails, many calls and many voicemails. I cannot even tell you what it is this company does besides send out bills and cash checks. Customer service does not exist. You have been warned.
I have been calling for last 5 days and left multiple msgs but no one is bothering to call back. I will never recommend to anyone. It was a mistake to get 2 RO systems and water dispenser installed by them.
