I had a mixed experience during my visit to this pulmonology clinic. I was very impressed with the doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel heard and cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the nurses during my pulmonary function test (PFT) was disappointing.
