The staff members could be more respectful and considerate.
I had a mixed experience during my visit to this pulmonology clinic. I was very impressed with the doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel heard and cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the nurses during my pulmonary function test (PFT) was disappointing. This Pulmonary practice is the most thorough practice I have ever seen. The staff is not only knowledgeable but very willing to help their patients. Mrs. Bahai Elkamand did not leave any stone uncovered. She and Dr. Desai took my history and approached my issues as if I had never seen a Pulmonologist before. The PFT performed on me was explained very simply and the technician made it very easy for me to follow instructions. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great Pulmonary Practice.
