I received a shot in my lower back on Feb 20th, 2025 and Doctor Muir was fantastic ! No pain!! This is my second time at Sweetwater and the staff there are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sweetwater staff!! Steve Keller, Reno.
arrived 30 mins early for my appointment, finally seen 30 mins after my appointment. They ask you to arrive early. The first things seen is the bubblegum smacking intake gal. The doctor and MA are good. I tried to get the results of my test sent to my PT and was not allowed to list her . The doctor even called this office staff rude and not nice. The office manager doesn't care nor do any of the staff. I would never recommend this place nor will I go back for a follow up
I would like to thank Arlo for being such a great doctor. I'd also like to thank Dr baumgardner he's awesome Caitlin's great Muirneiry is the best and happiest nurse I've met. Thank God for her I also like to thank doctors allender Christina Michelle and Dez what a wonderful office this has been. I will miss this office very much. As I am moving to Alabama Tuesday. I am a patient of Sweetwater and had an ablation done on my lower back. This procedure did not help me and I have tried to call to make an appointment. I have called Sweetwater four times and they will not call me back if they do call me back they call me on my home number which I’m never at. I left a message to delete that phone number and maybe that’s happened but no one seems to want to call me back I feel that this is very unprofessional. I am sorry i left a bad review about a dr. I had from 2008 to 2010. It was for a group no longer in business. Unfortunately, it was posted under Sweetwater Pain. Let me assure you that i had to go through some dark days with my pain management and several doctors to find the right place I fit in. Since becoming a patient of Sweetwater pain, i have found a fabulous team from the check-in staff, up through the Doctors on this team. I am seen by "Arlo" for my pain management.
