I lived here not too long ago. Cool people. not any different then anyplace else in san diego...except a great view. I took hundreds of photos of the areas around the park. simply because of the beauty...i'll post a few...

Excellent space rental fees. Pet and children friendly. Very diverse population. Guest parking SUCKS. Laundry facilities SUCKS but there is a laundry mat right next door.
