We purchased a Vita Prestige with all kinds of unwarranted reservations. We didn't know anything about hot tubs and didn't know what to expect. Debra, our sales representative, did a wonderful job in alleviating our fears, answering our many questions and made our purchase a worry free experience. We love our hot tube!
I recently purchased a Vita Spa from Sweetwater via the Corpus Christi Home show. My wife and I are long time residents of Rockport. After Hurricane Harvey took its toll on our community AND my hot tub ,it was time to find a new one. We asked the Sweetwater service department to come take a look at our old tub and see if it could be repaired. They did send someone eventually and said that it would be to expensive to repair. Stopped in for chemicals to get hot tub water clear. The salesman 'Kenny" answered all my questions on how to get good chemical reading and clear water. Followed his recommendations on what to buy, & how much to use. I had perfect readings and water was clear and sparking in a few hours, not days. Good store and good Service.
