After the service department didn’t call meBack until I called 4 times and left messages, I went to the NE location twice, called the store four times but no return call. My hot tub didn’t work for over three months because the servicedepartment is ran horribly. We purchased a Vita Prestige with all kinds of unwarranted reservations. We didn't know anything about hot tubs and didn't know what to expect. Debra, our sales representative, did a wonderful job in alleviating our fears, answering our many questions and made our purchase a worry free experience. We love our hot tube!
I recently purchased a Vita Spa from Sweetwater via the Corpus Christi Home show. My wife and I are long time residents of Rockport. After Hurricane Harvey took its toll on our community AND my hot tub ,it was time to find a new one. We asked the Sweetwater service department to come take a look at our old tub and see if it could be repaired. They did send someone eventually and said that it would be to expensive to repair.
