The nurse was nice but the ER doctor was completely dismissive and unhelpful. Definitely don’t come here if you want anything to happen in a hurry.
I had a appointment for 7:45am for a ultrasound. Radiology called me at home to confirm my appointment and ask me to be there by 7:15 am. It's 8:00am and I'm still sitting here waiting. I have ask the lady at the desk why, she responded with " they would get me as soon as they can" wow. I'm so angry! I also had a 9 am appointment that I will probably have to reschedule. About three days ago, I Went into the ER, the staff was wonderful, sympathized, and Britany with One T was amazing. I’m all healed up and I’m thankful!
I have changed my insurance 3 times to try to receive care for my difficult pregnancy after my first official OBGYN appointment. The first time we went to this hospital was because it is the closest hospital to where my husband and I were living. I was woken up at 3am hemorrhaging and in so much pain that was rushed to the ER. The Dr. That saw me was obviously tired and did not want to see me. I did not take my underwear off because the hemorrhaging was so severe. He proceeded to yell that I wasting his time. I went to Sweetwater hospital for a CT scan for lungs an x-rays for my hands, feet, and back. The doctors that ordered the test did not receive the actual X-ray pictures or the CT scans. I went round and round with medical records trying to get them to send my CT scans to my general surgeon. I had to go pick them up and pay $10 for two CDs. When i got to my rheumatologist they never received the X-rays. I paid allot of money for what. I was treated rudely by medical records for two days.
