Wife went with a swollen infected ankle. There were 3 people also there, took 3 hours to get passed the waiting room then 2 hours after that because she was in so much pain and already called the desk for help numerous times, she called and told them if she’s not gonna be seen then to bring her discharge papers. Wasn’t 2 minutes and the lanky old “doctor” who had been just sitting at the desk brings her discharge papers. Upon leaving she seen that there was nobody in any other room. Love my doctor at this doctor ken and his staff are great, but trying to get your prescription refilled is scary my pharmacy has trouble getting anyone to respond. I has to drive to the hospital to get someone to help.
I wouldn't bring my dog here if he was dying. The staff has been so rude to my 65 year old grandmother. I have second and embarrassment for this group of staff members. Smh, do better.
This is the most frustrating place I have ever dealt with. Been trying to get a prescription refilled for my 87 year old mom since last Friday 1/10/2025 it is now 1/16/2025 and still nothing. No one seems to know what’s going on it’s an absolute circus to even get the phone answered. Dr coffee and Dr James are great doctors but the person managing this facility should leave now!
