I love our hospital in Sweetwater and I want to express my thanks to all the Emergency room staff, nurses and drs for your excellent care and treatment. What an excellent team there!
I had to take my daughter who is autistic to the ER last night. She had a piece of cotton come off a Qtip and go down in her ear. Doctor made us wait over 4 hours to come in the room and literally spend not even 2 minutes with her. I mean come on she is autistic and very scared. Came in long enough to say I don’t see anything and proceeded to make us wait just to tell us they weren’t equipped to help her when they should have said that to begin with. They are horribly slow. It feel like they forgot about me I haven’t seen a doctor for my lab results in almost two hours and I have a baby I need to get.
Very impressive! My mother's stay there was so stress free, the nurses and staff treated her very good! So much kindness and compassion!
