My therapist Rosa is very helpful and very caring. She is very understanding towards what I am going through. She has given me ideas on goals to help better myself.
The front desk does not answer the phone. Instead it goes to voicemail. Also, there is poor communication between the pharmacy you use and the front desk. I spoke with the pharmacy I get my prescriptions through and they told me that they had called the front desk at the Mental Health Clinic several times over a week period, lefts voice messages and have not received any calls back. It seems that maybe they are understaffed.
