Horrible customer service. I have had 77 panels installed and 2 batteries over a 5 year period. I thought I could overlook some inconviencences and excuses because the company was small and I wanted to be loyal to a local owner. That has all backfired and my system has remainded in disrepair with warranty issues now waiting over 6 months and counting to get addressed. My battery backup failed during the last hurricane and I can't get anyone out after 4 weeks to figure out why. I have had 10 optimizers out for more than 6 mon... read more

We recently bought a house with solar panels installed by the company about 5 years ago. We noticed that one of the three PV chargers was offline in the control panel. Without too much hope of getting a response, we contacted the owner of the company. Thomas quickly responded with a warm email, and suggested to send an engineer to my house to take a look at the system.
