Not only is Sweetwater Cuisine a full-service caterer but we also have a delicious cafe that is open during the select weekdays for lunch as well as every 1st and 3rd Sunday for Brunch from 10AM-3PM. On September 2013, we added a gourmet food shoppe, "Penny Pantry" filled with take-home entrees, sides, salads, and dessert! You can stop in Monday - Friday anytime between 10AM and 5PM for take out Penny Pantry items.

I loved the food. The service was vey slow. I am not sure if it was because it was Restaurant Week or not.
Food was good. Loved the Bloody Mary and mimosa bar. But, I thought it was a little pricey for what you get.
Yes they are only open for brunch 2 days a month but it is worth making the effort to go. Reservations are a must. Loved the atmosphere, service and delicious variety of food.
The atmosphere was really nice. We had a very good selection of food on the buffet. Everything was delicious and the waffles with the honey pecan syrup on top were great. The owned greeted us at our table and the servers were really nice. One thing make sure you make a reservation. They do get booked up quickly and a seat is not gaureented without it. I will definitely go back again.
Lucky enough to land a Mother's Day reservation for our daughters first! We were first time visitors and were blown away with the quality and variety of the brunch selection. So many options it was hard to choose. Even went home with a frozen entrée for a busy week night meal. Outside seating looked lovely as well. Definitely will return for more quite evening and choose from the menu!
I dined at Sweetwater Cuisine on January 1, 2016 and oh I was just so overjoyed. The food was so so delicious and plentiful and the environment was classy and relaxing 2 in 1. I felt so relaxed and at home the staff was so gracious friendly and attentive and I felt so at home and ease. The first time I had their food was at a friend's wedding with my husband and we were instantly hooked. This is the best kept hidden secret in Virginia Beach. All of the food is amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming. This is truly the definition of deep southern homestyle cooking. I am so happy that the owners have brought Mississippi to Virginia. I highly reccomend everyone to check on their catering and brunch. It is so worth it. I am happy I got to experience the catering and the cafe.
