RecommendedThe young man went out of his way to go grab a step ladder to be able to reach the top of our excursion to wax it properly and we’ve had it washed and detailed at many other places and not once has anyone else took the time to get up and do it right but From now on I won’t take it anywhere else but sweetwater! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
You guys close way too early for a car wash! About to cancel my monthly plan because of that. Don’t know about everyone else but I get out work at 5, getting to the car wash by 6 is almost impossible. Sun is out until almost 8 right now! If you open until 7pm, that would be practical. And no, trying to go before work is not exactly great when you have to go out of your way. I can’t believe no has an automated car wash with monthly plan that is 24 hours with no employees 🤔 Need to look into that.

I used to like this place but not so sure after my last oil change. Not too happy. Things happened to my car that did not happen before. And I asked to have my liquids topped off and they barely put anything in my windshield washer fluid. Will not be going back. 😐
I came in today and I’m extremely disappointed in the services! Literally my cup holder is full of something black, the inside looks disgusting like something my 2 year old cousin could of done AND the person upfront who was supposed to help me choose what I wanted couldn’t tell me what anything meant. I explained that I don’t need a wash outside but most importantly I needed my inside shampooed he still choose wrong and I paid $31 for something I could have stopped by the gas station and did for $10!
Just got my car detailed and I am so impressed!! My A/C leaked into my car and I didn’t notice (because of my floor mats) until is was SOAKED. That plus two kids in the back seat left my car smelly and so dirty. Smelled like old French fries and a wet towel 🤢. I called Lexus (I have a Lexus) for a Presidential detail and stain removal and it was going to be over $150! Sweetwater did a man AWESOME JOB for $60 less.
