Terrible place to live! Black mold, roach infested, unclean, nothing up to code, copper piping in buildings for dishwashers, etc, as well as Placement of GFCI outlets should also be taken into consideration, the apartment I moved into had none of these codes in tact; The National Electrical Code requires outlets be installed in a kitchen that has a sink 12 inches wide and 24 inches deep. That outlet must also be within 2 feet of the sink. The one in the bathroom was from the early 80’s and they are only good for 15-20 years ... read more
Definitely a great place to live, very quiet and relaxed spot and the manager is always very friendly
I’ve been waiting for a year. There’s never a opening or the “waiting list” is too long!
