Private fitness center and mail room. Access to public walking / biking trail. Short walk to a large public park (Keefer). Short term rentals are often available (with mandatory visiting renters orientation for access to all amenities).
Lovely condos but populated by an army of HOA Karens & Chads who constantly look to harass other owners. Our family has owned a condo here for many years and my parents live here year-round. We only come visit the property once a year because of time/ distance. When we bring the kids to visit G-ma & G-pa, residents literally come to the pool to interview my 7- year- old about whether she ought to be in the pool, asking who do they live with so that they can file a complaint.
