Lovely condos but populated by an army of HOA Karens & Chads who constantly look to harass other owners. Our family has owned a condo here for many years and my parents live here year-round. We only come visit the property once a year because of time/ distance. When we bring the kids to visit G-ma & G-pa, residents literally come to the pool to interview my 7- year- old about whether she ought to be in the pool, asking who do they live with so that they can file a complaint. I have been there many times. My daughter lives there. Her place is very nice but the walls are very thin. She cannot open the windows or the smell of the neighbors cigarette smoke reeks up the place! She has not complained once! Yet its sad that she cannot really even talk on the phone on her own deck or beautifully shaded front porch or the neighbors complain. The rent is a lot to pay not to have freedom to enjoy the place!!! Maybe the owners would prefer it to be a senior housing facility. 🤷‍♀️
