Mike responded super quickly to my inquiry and was able to get us in right away. We have 5 pets and our carpet had a good amount of pet odors. He was fast and effective. We are very happy with the turnout. We were close to replacing our carpets but with Mike’s work we can definitely get some more time out of them! He was honest, very friendly, took time to educate us, provided up front pricing with no surprises and very well priced! Carpets also dried pretty quickly.
Mike was very personable and professional. He has a lot of knowledge that he shared to ensure our carpet cleaning is effective even after he's gone. Our carpets weren't very dirty but we had pet odors issues and he explained how things lole that work which is helpful in understanding going forward with older pets. Michael at Sweet Touch carpet cleaning was awesome. He is caring and honest. Our carpets were not in the best shape, but he did a great job getting them back to life. I loved that they were completely dry in the morning. That’s impressive! I have bad allergies and very sensitive to certain smells and with the windows and doors closed and air on, It did not smell like chemicals.
