Michael at Sweet Touch carpet cleaning was awesome. He is caring and honest. Our carpets were not in the best shape, but he did a great job getting them back to life. I loved that they were completely dry in the morning. That’s impressive! I have bad allergies and very sensitive to certain smells and with the windows and doors closed and air on, It did not smell like chemicals. I have used Sweettouch LLC on multiple occasions for both carpet and tile cleaning. Michael Sweet is a perfectionist. His attention to detail and overall knowledge of cleaning is impressive. He showed up to my property with different types of equipment for cleaning just about any type of material. I have found him to be trustworthy, as he has cleaned my floors while I was out of town. Michael Sweet pricing is fair, he takes pride in his work and is well worth the money.

Michael the owner came out to do our carpets and did a fantastic job! We have cats so we had cat hair and stains, but now everything is clean like brand new. He was fast, friendly, and gave us lots of tips to maintain our floors and carpets. He also fixed a patch of our carpet that had gotten pulled up by the cats. Thank you Michael!

I had a great experience with Sweet Touch! Mike was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and helped me problem-solve some tricky cleaning issues. What I appreciated most was that he offered me multiple options, some that actually saved me money. You can tell Mike really cares about doing honest, quality work.
