Loved your "sweet" little shop! We were there for ice cream but will definitely return for some coffee and pastries!
I just have to compliment the staff of Sweets! We were enjoying our ice cream outside today when an elderly lady drove up to the entrance on a motorized scooter. I asked her if she needed anything and she told me that the staff usually comes outside to wait on her. And seconds later they did! Took her order, helped her get her money out (she told me she's almost blind) and brought her ice cream to her. I love that Erie still has small town values and service!!
Stop me if you've heard this one: A girl walks into a sweets shop, hankering for a gluten free treat on National Donut Day. She was willing to settle for a dry, days old, cellophane-wrapped leftover that most coffee shops offer. Instead, she is handed a GIANT, fresh, sweet, original appley pie brick of wonderfulness and told all about all of the amazing gluten free treats this place offers. She was SOLD. Run, don't walk to Sweets Ice Cream and Coffee. Everything about it is indeed SWEET. xo

Excellent coffee. Brandon makes killer malts! The flavor "Death by Chocolate" needs a hazard warning label; truly the bomb!
