Took my newborn in for her neonatal tooth and the staff was very helpful, super welcoming starting from the beginning with Victoria at the front to Dr. Ramos being comforting.
Our first time experience was great! I brought my 9 year old daughter and she was treated with care and kindness. Dr. Ramos was very personable and the front desk ladies were super sweet and welcoming! Definitely 100% recommend.
The Sugarland location was great until I was not made aware a procedure wouldn’t be covered under insurance and I got hit with an unexpected bill. I understand that not everything is covered and it’s an estimate, however after doing research this is a widely known procedure to not be covered in dentistry. They were not willing to work with me at all. Recently the office smells like sewage which is disgusting considering teeth are being worked on.
