Update : they evicted me for my review. Hung up on me on the phone. Still no formal reasons for anything which is laughable. Lousie shahan was awful and incompetent. Snappy and rude, horrible person to talk to. Very spiteful and I hope I never run into her again in any business/real estate endeavors
The service was horrible and completely unprofessional . My partner is renting. They agreed on monthly payments, and he missed one payment, which he has advised them about. He has since received an eviction notice. He attempted to have a conversation with them via phone call to which they hung up on mid converation. He also sent them an email to which they didn't reply. wouldn't recommend.
Doolan was great in the initial stages and upon accepting the lease. Then after we were passed on to the management, we were told we could pay monthly and then a few months into the lease we were met with a slurry of emails and phone calls with different amounts in “arrears” for different due dates, sent by different members of the team.
