I ordered flowers around 12 on February 13th to be picked up on Valentine’s Day and said “I’ll be in tomorrow afternoon to pick them up” in which the person on the phone replied “we’ll be here!”. They indeed were not there. They failed to tell me they closed at 12 normally but stayed open until 2. I showed up around 3 and realized they were closed. I ordered a specific flower arrangement primarily because of the teal vase with a bee design. The website did note that flowers may be substituted if unavailable, which I completely understand. However, when the arrangement was delivered, the vase was purple and had a dragonfly on it—not even close to what I ordered. Staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. Flowers are fresh and they also provide other items!
Had a last minute bouquet I needed and the ladies here helped me out. Beautiful and a good price.
