Paid $947 for a deep clean of my grandparents home as they aren’t able to do as much anymore. I’ll let the pictures of how the home was left let them speak for themselves. Spoke with Carla who is the manager over the cleaning service and she did give me a 10% refund on services. Move out clean was substandard for a home. Cabinets still had food on them (baby flung), toothpaste on bathroom vanity, and I swept after they came to get spots missed. I can’t imagine selling a home long-distance relying on this places’ work ethic. Communication about overcharging has been borderline ignoring me hoping I forget about it. I loved the Muscled Up Movers partner company, but will never recommend this place to anyone.
They are unethical. AVOID, and no matter what they promise, they'll further disappoint you.
There wasn't much attention to detail. the oven and multiple surfaces were not cleaned.
Spoke with the people that bought our house. They were supposed to clean our oven, fridge and do a deep clean. They did not clean oven, fridge, air vents or kitchen counter. We paid over $600 for their services.
