I grab pick up orders 2-3 days a week. As long as you don’t order between 12-1, your order typically takes 15 minutes or less to be made. They do a good job with accommodating to needs. Customization of bowls is nice and haven’t had really any issues outside of waiting during a peak time.

If you are looking for healthy options and a positive, uplifting dining experience, swing by "SG" in Midtown. Lisa, in particular, greets me by name and provides exceptional service with a smile. Whether I order on the app or walk in to build a create-your-own, she will make it a point to say hi. That is worth the cost of admission. Friendly service makes up for the cost to me any day.

I order from this location often since my office is right next door, and I’ve always had a great experience. Lisa is amazing. She and her team always remember me, which honestly feels like a good problem to have! I’ve never had any issues. Ordering through the app is quick and effortless, and even during rush hour, my food is always ready when I arrive.
