They’re clearly not enough people handling the delivery and pick up orders. Mine is already 20 minutes late and there are roughly 25 people waiting for their order. It would’ve been a much better idea just to get in line in order at the counter, but now I’m already locked into a pick up order because I already paid. Very frustrating. Update: got in line and canceled order. Much faster.
Very rude for no reason. Ordered a wrap sub chicken for steak. Got a bowl instead, I thought I could ask for it to be made properly but was instead spoken to like I'm a complete idiot oh but (person who took my order just took it in his mind and not at a register btw) and still got it wrong by not swapping the steak. Then he was nowhere to be found.
It was my first time here and I’m from out of town so it took me a bit longer but the staff was patience and kind and helped me out! Thank you Jay and Jabari!! ❤
