I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and understand that some times is just a bad day but I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Sweetgreen location. The store was completely empty when I walked in only one cashier and one attendant were working. The cashier disappeared into the kitchen, while the attendant finished an order and then started making online orders right in front of me without even acknowledging my presence. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you” nothing. I patiently waited... read more
