I’ve ordered via Uber Eats about 2-3 times a week but this location gets my order wrong 80% of the time. For example if I buy a salmon dish they will not include it (literally the main item). Or they would send me a completely different order. Can a manager please fix this it’s so frustrating all I want is for my order to be correct.

This restaurant has two bathrooms, and both are out of order with no running water to wash hands. One of the bathrooms has been out of order for months and now the second bathroom is out of order too. So why is the restaurant not closed? How do employees wash their hands after using toilet?

I’m really disappointed with my experience at the Palo Alto Sweetgreen. I waited in line for a long time while there were only two employees helping a line of about 15 people. What made it more frustrating was that there were around 10 other employees in the back who weren’t assisting with the rush. I understand that restaurants get busy, but when customers are clearly waiting and the line isn’t moving, more staff should step in to help. It felt unorganized and poorly managed.
