SEVERE FOOD SAFETY CONCERN. I found a large grasshopper inside my salad at the Palo Alto location. I stopped eating and brought it back to the store, where staff saw the insect. They only offered a refund and directed me to customer service, who doesn’t respond to my email and refuses to solve the problem. This is serious food safety concern.

I really wanted to give Sweetgreen a try, but the online ordering experience was incredibly frustrating. I first tried placing my order on my phone. I created an account for future use, built my salad, and then got stuck at the payment screen. Thinking it was a mobile issue, I switched to my laptop and went through the entire process again—only to run into the exact same problem. I ordered online and I received e-mail which says it’s completed went to pick up my salad and it was not at pick up place asked to the staff and they didn’t help me at all wait 15 more minutes to get it they are not helpful people told manager to give complain about it so many people working but they are just chatting each other

Ordered a Peach and Goat Cheese salad bowl for pick up and they literally forgot the goat cheese. There wasn't even meat on it so missed a pretty critical part. They also missed other toppings too so I paid $15 for a salad with lettuce, cucumbers, peaches, and mint.... honestly one of the worst salads I've eaten. Would recommend only ordering there so you can make sure they create your bowl correctly.
