Avoid this place at lunchtime. Waited 30 minutes for an order I placed online only for them to say “be patient we have a few more orders ahead of you”. I didn’t have any more time to wait so they just cancelled the order for me and I left without my food.
I’ve been to multiple sweetgreen‘s location all throughout California but this location is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! I love sweetgreen, but this location is poorly managed. The staff was not only impatient, but very rude. Asking for a water cup will result in an eye roll from the staff or even better, they’ll pretend you’re not there! Margaret here, the service was great and the staff were super friendly but that is where the good things ended. The portions were poor and the prices were sky-high. $65 for two bowls for my grandkids is more than I will ever pay again.
I love Sweetgreen, I come to this location 4–5 times a week. Every time I come to this location, I regret it and hate myself afterward. I’ve been to SGs all over the US, this is the worst one. There are many issues. The main one: the trash situation is completely out of control. The pictures below are from tonight. I walked in and the trash was already overflowing.
