I love sweetgreen and was excited to have one in Oak Park. Unfortunately this is such a bad location. Online pick up is disorganized, and extremely slow. Also they mess up the order modifications every single time.

Great customer service and a really good healthy choice
I really like SweetGreen, however Oak Park location is not the one! They never have ingredients ready like sweet potatoes or mushrooms! Always was told I had to wait at least 10 minutes (happened w steak or salmon too)! The worst part is that they never told me before something isn’t ready, but after mine bowl was already half way done! I tried to order through the app, so I can avoid this problem w waiting, but again there were missing items in my order! Second thing what could be better is the attitude of some employees!
