I usually eat here at least once a week, i love the food, staff, and service. It is pricey, but i enjoy it as my treat.
I ordered one bowl from them on DoorDash. It took them an hour and 10 minutes to make my food. Three different dashers got assigned because they kept cancelling due to how long it was taking. The third dasher got to the store an hour after I’d placed my order and said it was still not ready. I tried to call to see what could be taking over an hour to make one bowl and there’s no way to reach the store itself, just a bunch of unhelpful automated options.
