Best customer service I’ve had at a sweetgreen anywhere in the country. The team working were fantastic.
We always love eating at Sweetgreen whenever we are traveling, or in Madison haha! The harvest bowl is always delicious! Only downside to this particular Sweetgreen is the parking: State Street is pedestrians only!! Very tricky to find close parking, have to drive around in circles for quite a bit but eventually you’ll catch a spot. Pay your meters, they check them frequently for tickets!
I understand food is a lot healthier at this place. However, I would appreciate it if employees could do better at giving me a nutritious salad dressing for my correct food order. This way, I would not be confused about which dressing is okay to eat and which one is not okay to consume.

My girlfriend and I ordered sweet green to take to the park for a picnic. I ordered the picnic bowl which sounded delicious and looked full of toppings. Upon opening the bowl I was disappointed with the lack of toppings and the over abundance of lettuce. Had I ordered a salad I would have been pleased but a bowl should have better ratio of toppings to lettuce.
