My boyfriend got the chicken pesto bowl and fully got food poisoning. I’d hold off from going here until they improve their food and sanitation practices.
I came at 8:50, 10 minutes before closing but they were closed already and wasn’t letting anyone in. I talked to a guy standing outside and he said they were very rude and basically threw his bowl at him. That is very unprofessional and we need to do better. I would very much appreciate a free chicken jalepeno wrap for my cousin and I. 😡😡 I love sweetgreen and don’t play abt my food. Thank you!
Food is always fresh and the staff is helpful and friendly. Exceptional customer service.
Forgot an entire salmon in my miso salmon
They gave me RAW, disgusting, salmon! Did not look cooked whatsoever & had a funky taste. When I tried to call, kept getting AI system & was not able to reach out to actual store. Terrible experience. And for a $20 salad, your protein should not be raw & smelly!
