Sweetgreen never delivered my order. When I went online to request a refund, they said my account had too much activity. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Update 11/11/25-Sweetgreen gave me a non working email to reach out with. Do not patronize this business. Update 11/14/25-Complaint filed with BBB including documentation.
The service at these Morenos is a disaster, they don't know how to treat customers. Today is Sunday and it's 7:14 at night. Where should they have bread? Where don't they have cooked bread? Where do they have quinoa? And they don't have any. I ordered a Harvest Bowl and what they did was put it as creating my won sales to charge me more, but they did it because I also changed my salad.
