Really really slowly picked up order. Waiting 90 minutes
I accidentally selected the wrong pickup location and contacted customer support immediately. The order had just been placed, but they refused to change the pickup location, transfer the order, or offer any reasonable solution. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply wanted to pick up the same order at a different Sweetgreen location. The customer service team kept repeating company policy instead of trying to help. Very disappointing customer experience and a lack of flexibility for an honest mistake.
