This was the worst experience i’ve had with sweetgreen ever. I didn’t receive my meal 20 minutes after the original pickup time and I ordered it with crispy rice and the put crispy onions all over my food and I couldn’t eat any of it. Not to mention the service was terrible and the serving stations were disgusting.

they miss heard me and accident put the wrong sauce on my salad and i can't have dairy, but they kindly said we can make you another one and they were very nice about it and took my dairy allergy very seriously which I appreciate! When I told them it's okay they can use the same salmon in the new bowl since it didn't touch much with the dairy based sauce, they said they don't want to risk it :) and gave me a whole brand new plate which I greatly appreciated so much!!!!
