Sweetgreen: when you want to pay a LOT for mediocre food and indifferent service. I ordered the caramelized steak bowl. The worker decided she wanted to do the 2 people behind me at the same time. Fine, except mine was a bowl and theirs were salads, which meant that my food got cold while she was serving up salads that don't need to be served warm. I cannot overstate how poorly run this Sweetgreen location is. Staff stands around in groups talking and move around as if it’s their first time walking. They move GLACIALLY slow to the point that the gal in line behind me and I were wondering if we were in a simulation. It took 10 minutes for someone to walk over to start taking my order (with no one ahead of me in line). “Fast casual” is what they strive for but you wont leave here in under 20 minutes even during non peak hours.
