First I want to say that the three ladies who did our facials were lovely and amazing - they get 5 stars from us. The person working the front desk was very curt and abrupt. The first impression wasn't great but we didn't think too much of it and decided to enjoy the day. All was great until lunchtime. We sat down at 12:30 to eat and by 1:00pm, the same front desk person started clearing our table aggressively, as if we had been there too long and they wanted us to leave. I came from USA for a 1st timers trip to Toronto and solo trip. Amongst numerous spa choices I selected this one as it had package options suited to my desires. The secretary was very responsive to my emails to make the appointment. I did enjoy the massage, facial, and body polish. I did not use the water therapies but it seemed suitable.
