I enjoyed this spa. Service was good, enjoyed the lunch. It’s a little dated and there is no sauna anymore.
I had an amazing experience at Sweetgrass Spa! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. My facial treatment was absolutely wonderful, so relaxing and rejuvenating! A big thank you to Heather for organizing our group and taking care of every detail, including a delicious lunch. Everything was seamless and we all had a fantastic time. I highly recommend Sweetgrass Spa for a perfect day of pampering!
I had a customer service problem with Sweetgrass and left a negative review. However, their director personally reached out to me and resolved it, and I would now gladly recommend it to women looking for a high-quality spa treatment in downtown Toronto.
I had the most amazing Hydro Facial at Sweetgrass. They used a product I had not tried before called Bio Line and I’m OBSESSED! I bought the entire “lift” line and my skin has never looked so good. For reference, I’m 48 years old. I have already booked my next treatment!
What a beautiful spa. My favourite in the city.
