Rommie has been cutting my hair since the late Seventies. She has a genius for hair and is about to have a show of her recent paintings too. She also sells ecologically correct hair care products.
I have followed Rommie as she has moved to this new location. I love her haircuts. She takes enough time to make each one really work at a high level. The Sweetgrass Salon is really homey and it feels like a real treat to be in there. My kids also love getting haircuts with her. She takes great care and gives them enough time to get comfortable and see they see it as a reward. They also get tons of positive comments. I actually first found Rommie because I saw a kid pixie cut that she did and was referred to her.
Getting your hair colored and cut by Rommie is the best experience. She is truly such a talented and beautiful person!
