Finding Kathy and her incredible massage studio is already one of the biggest highlights of my year!! Kathy is such a talented massage therapist, she has helped me tremendously with lower back pain + shoulder pain after a recent move to Portland after my initial massage with her. Beyond being SO good at what she does, she is a delightful person and has curated such a beautiful and relaxing studio space. I leave feeling physically and mentally lighter each visit, truly so lucky to have found her.
Kathy is a wonderful massage therapist. I went in for the first time with some typical aches and pains related to stress and she listened carefully to my concerns and checked in with me during the massage just enough for me to stay relaxed and gain the benefit of the massage. I felt great afterward. I definitely plan to return. I really appreciate her strength & skill & sensitivity.
Kathy Prewitt of Sweetgrass Massage in St. Johns its a wonderful masseuse. She’s such a warm caring person and it comes through in her touch. Her massage studio is so calm and relaxing. She really helped my right hip torsion. I have a very tight psoas muscle and I walked home pain free after my one hour massage.
Kathy was absolutely wonderful! We talked about the areas that were bothering me and what I wanted her to focus on. She would check in during the massage to make sure the level of pressure was what I wanted and that I was comfortable. She gave me one of the best neck and shoulder rubs I’ve had in some time. Her space is super cute, comfy and very relaxing. So happy I found Kathy!
