Waited months to get an appointment for my mom and absolutely was disappointed. We were looking for insight about a thyroid issue and he gave us no direction or suggestion. Basically the same info we got from a primary care doctor. We had heard if we went to a specialized doctor it would be different. We saw Dr. Patel. Don’t waste your time. Nice guy but was no help at all. Go to The Thyroid Center in MP to get real answers!
I’ve been to this office 3 X (since my kind physician Dr. Pugh left), & have seen Mary Beth Holiday, Nurse Practitioner, ea time. 1st time she was caring & helpful & gave good advice incl info about a bone density infusion process. She handed me a pamphlet; conversation was tabled. After this, I felt negative since questions re: feeling ill, meds, etc were not answered since in 6 days, my serious call for help was not returned!! The last few times I have seen the PA Meredith Griffin! She has shown great concern for me. I've feel like she really cares in helping my diabetes control. Meredith Griffin get an A+ in my book.
I have been seeing Dr. Haenel for the last couple of years and I have been very impressed with his level of knowledge and caring. I agree that the customer service could be better with some of the staff but the doctor is GREAT! He has gone out of his way several times for me and I appreciate it and him! Every medical assistant and nurse has been super professional and a delight to work with.
