I absolutely love Dr.Sweeten but as more and more years go by the less professional the office gets. They don’t answer the phone and when they do you’re put on hold and then the phone hangs up when calling back you can’t even get anyone on the phone. I’ve called 8x this morning only got to someone once and was put on hold and then hung up on. It’s very frustrating and irritating I have really been thinking about changing my kids pcp.

The receptionist was very rude when trying to make a first visit for my children. She said they don’t have appointments until October, then I asked her about sick visits and she said we don’t see a sick child the same day, I said so when do you all see the child, she said whenever we have appointment, I said so y’all let a child that need to be seen immediately be sick until an appointment is available she said yea. The young lady that works for receptionist is rude and unprofessional. If you don't want to work stay home. She put me on hold for almost 30 minutes every time I called. Then calls me friend as if she knows me. She sounded so ghetto and this is why black women are considered hood rats. Chicks like her and it's sad their at most doctors offices
