I recently obtained my WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits through Sweet&Chilli. Nick from Sweet&Chilli led a classroom for the three day course and provided an indepth experience of all things spirits related within the course and at time beyond the course should we have extra questions. Nick from Sweet&Chilli facilitated our face-to-face WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits and it was an excellent experience. The way that content was delivered and re-capped, along with Nick's expert-level knowledge of the subject matter made for a very engaging and educational course. I would highly recommend this as an opportunity for anyone in the hospitality sector to undertake to develop their understanding of the spirits category.

Staff know how to make a cocktail, reason for 1 star is management. I gave the staff a $270 wine opener to use at the event and has never been seen again! Management dont reply to emails to resolve the issue, received a response 7.5 months after the event saying we contacted staff and they dont have it!
We hired Dom from Sweet & Chilli for our work EOFY party and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was so friendly and professional and I had numerous people from the event comment on how great he was. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using your services again.
