Nice landscaping. Decent place if it was closer to 1.2 k a month instead of 1.6k . For what we pay, we should at least have 2 good washers and functional dryers in each building ! You even have to pay for laundry . The hallways smell like garbage 86% of the time too. Replace the nasty carpet in the common areas with hard floors like vinyl or epoxy.

I love the community that is SweetBriar. Everyone is so friendly and if there’s any maintenance concerns it is a top priority to the complex and its staff
