Thanks for Sarah Casey for giving me a chance to move in the day I signed the lease with my brother Kenneth as a co signer which he used to live in Germantown Apartments with his wife Kim before, so without him as my co signer I will not be abled to move in at Sweet Bay so I was thankful for that. And also they're times I was behind with my rent and so considerate for giving me a few days to pay my rent without late pay so Thanks for Amanda the manager.
How this apartment complex have 4 stars...is beyond my understanding. They must use their friends & family to give false "good" reviews about this property. Amanda & the property owner/management are lazy & liars. They will collect your rent money but will not do the repairs necessary to fix the apartments. Please do your research before considering moving here. Sweet Bay Apartments have many complaints & violations against them from lights being shut off while an apartment is occupied due to they "office" not paying the bil... read more
This place is ridiculous because we are sitting here visiting someone and there is mold there is water all over the floors they don’t fix anything everything is broken management is poor the person we are visiting the woman told him to since the house was flooding to just put towels down and walk on them
