The Best – We loved using sweet apple to board our cat and attend his vet needs. Cat, Toby, has passed away now but we hope to use them when we adopt again-probably a dog. Our cat liked to go there and he never liked to go to the other vet we had used. They are very fair with pricing also! They seem to care a lot. And that matters to me a lot!!

Re: sutton525 – We were quite surprised at Mr. Sutton's review. Yes, we have treated the Sutton's pets for many years and because of that relationship we bent over backwards and then some when they came in and Paddy was so ill. That morning we did the exam, x-rays, oxygen therapy, lasix injection and prescribed 2 medications. These charges came to $189.00. and when the owners returned in the afternoon after deciding on humane euthanasia, the hospital wrote off that ENTIRE amount. Love this vet!!!! – One of the best vets I have ever been to. Very kind and compassionate staff. I had to put my 18 year old dog down and they were so very kind and caring. Even sent me a sympathy card afterwards. I have three other dogs and will never consider going anywhere but here. Awesome clinic!!

Manager's response – Response As the manager in the 8/09 review, I feel there needs to be some clarification. When I asked what was wrong with the groom, it was to be able to understand how the problem could be fixed. For example, if the coat was left too long, it could be shortened, but if too short, there is not much room to work with. I asked her to bring the pet back in, but she said she was trimming the ears herself. I remember our conversation very well. LOVE THEM! – From the vets to the staff of Sweet Animal, everyone cares about your animal. I take all three of my cats here, and have for some time. They are always very caring and very thorough with me. If I call with a question, they call back. I even referred a friend to them who had a question about his cat, and they contacted him back immediately. I would never doubt placing my sick animal in their capable hands. Caring Vets, Quality Service – Been taking our pet there for several years. The vets are very professional and caring and the staff up front are very friendly. The vets always take the time to explain all issues, the pros and cons, risks and benefits. Our decisions therefore are informed and in the best interest of our pet. We have also groomed our pet there with excellent results. Would highly recommend.

I Will NOT Be Back!!! – First of all, I took my dog to get groomed and it was horrible. I was NEVER told that the person grooming my dog was doing it as part of her interview process. The girl didn't do what I wanted. I told her what I wanted VERBALLY and then I wrote the directions down. Not only that, I included a photo. Luckily I was able to fix it when we got home and we got our money back. If that wasn't bad enough, the MANAGER called me about 10 minutes after I returned home. She basically argued with me.
