I went in this evening, and ordered two twisters of the exact same thing. As you can see they are a quarter of the way empty, one has KitKats on top, and one didn’t get that at all. Also, it’s so runny it’s really just a milkshake. They put a hole through the bottom of one of the cups, and just stuck it in a second cup, and gave it to me that way. The photos of these are when we got them. I am so upset about this service, and unprofessionalism.

Honestly, the best ice-cream in York County. That's saying alot cause there are shops everywhere! The salted caramel is to -die-for:)
