the customer service an the food is great
Horrible! Just left there and ordered two orders of SW wings, and they were simply drenched in hot sauce. Aside from the lacking custom service, when you have branded something, to have these types of experiences from satellite locations, it affects the entire brand!!! I will NEVER go to this location again and would recommend you highly reconsider any trip here. You will be royally disappointed!!!!
RecommendedWe heard that Sweet Water Tavern had the best wings in Detroit. After trying them, we are believers. The wings are amazing and the server was awesome.
I ordered Steak bites and Macaroni and cheese from this location and it was just HORRIBLE..The steak was more like bits instead of bites so small my 7month old baby could've eaten them..THE MACARONI was burnt and no cheese just noodles...When I spend money on food I expect nothing but the best and this meal was HORRIBLE...Very disappointed and a waste of money
Food was good but cheated me out my wing number. Needs to clean too a bit messy inside
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI called in a order for 7 sweet water wing dinners and the person that answered the phone told me to call back he was to busy to take my call. I ask was he serious and he said yes. I use to eat here at least 3 times a week and I will never return. The chicken last time was not cooked completely done. I love going to Sweet water since I was a kid. My Dad was a Cook . I haven't been to Sweet Water in years , I will be making a visit soon!!!
