just now Although I like their sweets, it is very disappointing to have such very poor service on multiple occasions. We ordered twice, and both times there were missing items which we paid for and did nothing. They ignored my messages. The second time they gave our order to the wrong person, during the pandemic, the person left and came back after a while. The sweet t bakery personnel acknowledged the mistake. I want to start off by saying this was by the far the best cake I’ve ever had. My mom just turned 50 today and I wanted to go above and beyond for her since I could not throw her a party. Sweet T’s bakery was amazing! I called last minute and they were able to turn my vision into a reality. Thank you guys for making my moms 50th birthday awesome🥰
I had ordered the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse for my daughters first birthday during covid19 closures. Cake was really good and made sure of safety with curbside pickup. Just hoped the pink colors blended a bit more with each other.
