I am a regular customer because i enjoy their products..i went in with a photo of a custom cake i wanted to order for my baby shower and was quoted a price, i paid in full. Four or five days before my event i received a call saying that the price quoted was wrong its way more and they don’t have the stuff needed for that decoration because they would have to order it. I got a cake for my fiancee, and everyone couldn't stop talking about how cute it looked. Im so happy with the outcome. Wish the inside was a bit more moist, but we ate it, so that's that.
The customer service in this place is honestly ridiculous. The cashier was extremely rude and had no inclination To be more considerate when explaining or being courteous. I first came into the store and heard yelling on the phone. No one was at the front to greet me. Outside of the people that work there, the cakes are okay. Very passable, not extraordinary.
