Terrible experience. I needed a cup of hot water. They said they have to charge me for a tea? Wawa or Royal farms don't charge for it. Why do I do this? Because most American tea sucks and Starbucks is no exception. So I'm out almost $7! I get it, it's 6 flags
2025/5/27 5.40pm My friend ordered a drink here. Ask the man at the front desk for a cup of ice but he won't give it to us. It is said that Starbucks does not provide ice.
I went inside of the store and ended up getting kicked out because so many staff members were rude. Please fire bri, she gave me the worst attitude and ended up throwing my coffee on my head in the afternoon.
My daughter and I went in to the Starbucks and the girl at the counter was extremely rude 😒. She didn't even make eye contact with us or even asked "can I help you"? My daughter asked for a cold brew and she rudely told her that "we don't have that here". When I ordered my drink and tried to use the app, she rudely said "we don't use that here". My coffee was fine but I felt so bad for my daughter. She didn't have to be treated that way. If you don't like your job, please do the public a favor and quit!
