So Vanessa made our bride and groom wedding cake (banana with chocolate icingng). So as the tradition goes, we froze a slice for our 1st wedding anniversary. And contrary to EVERYONE one told us our cake was still very very good. Haha. We were expecting to eat a bite each and throw it out, we finished it all! I guess it's all about the quality of ingredients! 😊
