I too had an unpleasant experience with my 3year old visiting this facility and will not be returning. While the supporting staff is very pleasant, Dr Jamie made several comments about my parenting which were not appropriate. Since our last visit, my child has been terrified to go to the dentist. I don’t believe they have the patience or understanding to deal with young children.
Dr made it so simple and took care of my son tooth pain every thing is done in same day like check up tooth ,extractions, crowning Tooth’s.
Did a great job with my special needs child. Very competent, very good with children.
If your kid is scared of the dentist or has had bad experiences (like us) at another dentist, THIS IS YOUR NEW DENTIST!!! Dr Jamie Moss and her staff are so good with kids. They note your child's preferences for future visits, toys in waiting room and good prizes on the way out. Can't say enough good things in this box, without turning it into a novel. Have reccomended to friends and family already. Book now!
Toddler moms, PLEASE read this review before considering taking your child to Dr. Jamie. Take this as your sign to go elsewhere. I took my 2.5-year-old son to Sweet Tooth after my husband initially brought him in for a consultation. We found out he had four cavities that needed fillings, and we opted for nitrous oxide because we were told it would help make the experience smoother and less stressful for him.
