If you want a dentist who wants to give advice on root canals you already had done, sell you only crowns, and up charge on everything then this is your team. I always had a bad vibe when I was at this office.The front office ladies were nice but vibe from the dentist seemed very ego driven.. This was my experience at sweet tooth dental.
I've been a patient for years until COVID and thousands of tourists moved to Kona. I've been calling and leaving messages for an appointment since November and no one calls me back. I have an infected tooth that needs to be pulled and Dr Oka has known this tooth needs pulling. I don't have money for fancy inplants so I guess the new tourist patients are keeping him busy and can pay more than my insurance does. Why else have they ignored my messages for three months.
The quality of work done here, speaks for itself !!! The staff is so kind and professional. I'm able to eat and smile again. Thank you so much !!!
Extremely professional, very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. Whether it's standard cleaning or more advanced procedures, Sweet Tooth is your place.
The staff, Melissa and Dr. Garret were great. Would definitely continue to come to their dental office in the future.
