Excellent service. I ordered in the last minute but it turned out very well. I was surprised to get a thank you card and a picture of the cake I ordered. Never experienced a great customer service like this before. Cant wait to order another cake soon. I am so happy with the quality of the cake and their wonderful customer service.
We were very pleased with the Penn State themed cake and cookies we ordered for our son's wedding and rehearsal dinner in State College. All were delicious as well as beautiful! Cheri (the owner) and her staff were very helpful with ideas and the ordering process.
My parents ordered me a Red Velvet cake for my birthday from Sweet Tooth, and it was absolutely delicious. They delivered it directly to my house and it was expertly decorated. I ordered a birthday cookie with strawberries for my son who is a freshman at Penn State. Cheri and her staff were so helpful and accommodating!!! I also received a receipt and a picture of the cookie - what a nice touch!! After visiting a friend in State College, I called Sweet Tooth (from Chicago) and ordered cupcakes to be delivered. The bakery made it super easy for me, the price was great, and my friend was thrilled. Then I got a note in the mail thanking me for my business along with a picture of the beautiful cupcakes they had made for me! It was the most personal touch from a business I have ever seen.
